Duuly is a digital subscription service — a personal assistant that runs inside LINE and a companion mini-app.

Paid plans (Basic and Premium) are billed in Thai Baht (THB), monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. See pricing for current rates.

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Your first charge happens on day 8 unless you’ve cancelled.

You can cancel any time — in one tap in the mini-app (Me → Subscription), or by emailing hello@duuly.app.

• There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period you’ve already paid for.
• Nothing auto-renews after that — you’re moved to the Free plan automatically.

Because you can try every paid plan free for 7 days before paying, and cancel any time without penalty, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged — your access simply continues until the end of the period you paid for.
