The agreement
By adding Duuly on LINE or using the Duuly mini-app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the service. We’ll be sad but we’ll respect your choice.
What Duuly does
Duuly is a personal assistant that helps you track tasks, reminders, appointments, session packages, notes, lists and warranties through a LINE chat and an in-app dashboard. Features and limits depend on your plan — see pricing for the current details.
Your account
Your account is tied to your LINE identity. You’re responsible for:
- Keeping your LINE account secure.
- The content you send Duuly (don’t send anything illegal or that you don’t have rights to).
- Making sure you’re old enough to use the service in your country (generally 13+).
Plans, billing and trials
You can use Duuly on the Free plan forever, no credit card needed. Basic and Premium are paid plans with a 7-day free trial.
- Billing: handled by Omise (Opn Payments). You pick monthly or yearly; we charge the displayed price in Thai Baht (THB) plus any applicable taxes.
- Trials: start by picking a paid plan and providing a payment method. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won’t be charged.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge the prorated difference.
- Downgrades, including switching back to Free, take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep the higher plan until then.
- Cancellations are in one tap in the mini-app. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period; nothing auto-renews after that.
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy — in short, fees are generally non-refundable once charged (you get a 7-day free trial first), but we’ll review billing errors case by case.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Duuly to:
- Store or share content that’s illegal, harmful, or violates someone else’s rights.
- Spam, harass, impersonate, or deceive other people.
- Try to break, probe or overload our infrastructure, or reverse engineer the service.
- Run automated scripts or scrape, beyond the normal personal use of the product.
- Resell or redistribute Duuly as your own.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules or if your use puts the service or other users at risk.
Your content
You own the content you put into Duuly. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display and deliver it back to you as part of running the service — that’s it.
You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to any photos, receipts, documents or other content you upload.
Our intellectual property
The Duuly name, mascot, logo, site, app, code and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the service normally; please don’t copy our brand or product.
Third-party services
Duuly runs on top of services from other companies — LINE, Supabase, OpenAI, Omise and others listed in our Privacy Policy. If one of those services has an outage or changes its terms, it can affect Duuly. We’ll do our best to keep things working smoothly, but those services have their own terms.
Google Calendar (opt-in): if you choose to connect your Google account from the Me tab in the mini-app, you also agree to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Duuly only requests read-only access to your primary calendar and uses the data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes Duuly’s cached events and tokens within seconds.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Duuly running, but we don’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, add, or remove features to improve the product. We’ll tell you about meaningful changes in LINE or on this page.
No warranties
Duuly is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Reminders are best-effort — please don’t rely on Duuly for life-critical decisions without your own backup.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Duuly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ฿1,500, whichever is greater.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Duuly any time — cancel your plan in the mini-app and/or unfriend Duuly on LINE. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. We’ll give reasonable notice when we can.
Changes to these terms
If we meaningfully update these Terms, we’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for important changes, notify you in LINE. Continuing to use Duuly after a change means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of Bangkok, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a different forum.
